Welcome to The Morning Sessions
We are so glad you have found your way here

Founder & Programme Facilitator
Bringing together mindfulness, meditation & other wellbeing practices
The Morning Sessions have been born out of 25 years of personal development, professional experience and my own daily practice. Bringing together mindfulness, meditation and other wellbeing practices to help anchor you in the present moment and get your day off to the best possible start.
This holistic programme draws on my lived experience as a curious, explorative human being, and on qualifications and professional experience as an Integrative Counsellor, Reiki master/teacher and Reiki drum Master Practitioner, workshop facilitator and coach, hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner.
I have a passion to help people come back to, or evolve into, their best selves, and am an enthusiastic lifelong learner with a keen interest in nature based therapeutic working and all things ‘outdoors’.
The Morning Sessions
What is it?
The Morning Sessions are an opportunity for connection with and support from a community with a common goal. It’s a commitment to yourself to show up each day.
- Structured daily practices to help set you up for a successful day. Commencing each day in a focused, intentional way.
- An opportunity to start or restart a daily meditation practice and explore different types and styles of meditation & mindfulness techniques.
- A time to identify where you can make adjustments in your life to improve your overall quality of wellbeing.
- Each day and week has its own focus which you will be gently guided through.
- 4-week closed group, once we start no new participants can join.
- This is a live Zoom group running Monday to Friday 6.45 a.m. to 7.30 a.m (7.45 am start on bank holidays).
Next intake starts Monday 24th June 2024, we are open for registration now.
An online self study version of the programme is currently in progress.
The Morning Sessions
Why Do It?
This programme may provide you with some tools that support you in identifying, managing, improving and sustaining your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs and overall wellbeing.
- Participating in a supportive group programme can result in feeling less isolated and more motivated.
- It develops consistency and accountability, whilst cultivating sustainable new habits and ways of being, in the form of a simple daily practice.
- This is an opportunity to connect with yourself and your own internal GPS (global positioning system). To figure out where you are in your own world and within the world ‘out there’.
- Create, action and achieve desired short-term goals.
- At the end of the programme you will have a blueprint for a daily practice that you can tailor to your own needs and preferences and can potentially use for the rest of your life.
